Industrial Chemistry is a field of chemistry that uses chemical and physical procedures to convert raw materials into products that benefit mankind.
Industrial chemistry has aided in the discovery and development of new and improved synthetic fibres, paints, adhesives, drugs, cosmetics, electronic components, lubricants, and many other products, as well as improved oil refining and petrochemical processing processes that save energy and reduce pollution.
Analytical Chemist, Biochemist, Chemical Engineer and Environmental Chemist are a few career options for Industrial Chemistry degree holders/graduates.
