B.Sc. Criminology and Security Studies Programme is aimed to expose students to the causes, expressions, and consequences of criminal behaviour and security. It provides detailed descriptions as well as rationales of criminal behaviour, which must be used to develop effective social policies and agencies.
Common jobs for graduates of Criminology and Security Studies include Civil service administrator, Jury consultant, Detective, Crime scene investigator, and Forensic Psychologist.
UTME subjects to include Economics Mathematics and one other Arts or social science subject.
Two A level passes to include Economics and one other relevant subject. OND or HND with credit passes in relevant subjects.
Five ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and two other Arts or Social Science subjects.
