Obi Ernest Onyinye is a trained management scientist. He is a well experienced accounting staff also experienced in personnel management having worked at various levels of the accounting profession and human resources management. Previously he held position as an Accounts Supervisor and rise to specialized position of Payroll / Tax Officer with Voltic Nigeria Limited, (a member of the SABMiller conglomerate) and as Human Resources Manager with Elephant textile Ind. Ltd. His work experience as a Line Manager has exposed him to management procedures.

He is a graduate of the reputable Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo where he obtained a B. Sc Degree in Accounting under the faculty of management science; he has attended various seminars / workshops within and outside the country. He is an IT driven Accountant.

His integrity, dedication to duty and focus on accuracy and efficiency were quite advantageous to his previous and current employers as they added value to their organizations and earned him promotions to higher levels of responsibility. Currently Mr. Obi works as acting head of the bursary unit of the university.
