Programme Description

Quantity surveyors ensure that the costs of large infrastructure and construction projects are accurately estimated on the basis of initial requirements and project specifications.

 

They keep construction costs under control and ensure that the constructions meet both legal and quality standards. Quantity surveyors are present at all stages of a project. Clients depend on them to make sure the end result is worth the investment, whether they are working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

 

Graduates of Quantity Surveying can pursue a career as an Architectural technologist, Quantity surveyor, Construction manager, Planning and development surveyor, and Project manager.

Direct Entry

Two ‘A’ level passes to include Mathematics and Physics. OND or HND with credit passes in relevant subjects.

O' Level

Five ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and two other relevant subjects.
